Important Notice Regarding Package Rejection:

We kindly ask that if upon delivery you find the item is not what you ordered or you decide you no longer want it, please accept the package and contact us directly to arrange a return. Rejecting the package makes it untrackable and complicates the return process. For our records and to expedite any necessary refunds or exchanges, accepting the delivery and then getting in touch with us ensures we can assist you more efficiently. Should you reject the item leading to untraceable package status, it may be considered as received by default.

Return Policy for OSERM

Thank you for shopping at OSERM. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 90 days of the original purchase of the product. Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 90 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product hasn't been used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

When contacting us for a return, please provide the following information to help us quickly and accurately locate your order and assess the return request:

  • Full Name: The name under which the purchase was made.
  • Order Number: The unique identifier for your purchase, found in your order confirmation email.
  • Detailed Description of the Issue: Explain why you wish to return the product. Include any specific details that might help us understand the problem.
  • Photos (if applicable): Attach photos illustrating the problem to expedite the assessment process.

We will review your return request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to send back the product.

Please note, you are responsible for covering the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from OSERM.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance at return@oserm.com. Include your full name, order number, and photographs of the damaged item in your communication. This information will help us to expedite the process and assist you more efficiently.

Sale Items

Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Refunds

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may takeย 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 90 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
